The Oyster Bar offers indoor and alfresco wining and dining with deliciously fresh oysters as the main fare.
We use only the best oysters that Australia, and arguably the world, has to offer. Our oysters are sourced from some of the best oyster farms throughout South Australia—in particular, Coffin Bay, which is situated in the heart of South Australia’s oyster region on the Eyre Peninsula, just outside of Port Lincoln.
We have an exciting range of oysters ‘chilled’ and oysters ‘grilled’ to tempt oyster lovers.
We also offer delicious alternative dishes to cater for those who are not as excited about oysters as we are. Some of our specialties are our antipasto platter, the Oyster Bar grazing plate, marinated seafood platter, smoked salmon plate or our famous salt and pepper squid.
We boast a wine list hand-picked from some of the best cellar doors in Western Australia – all specifically selected to complement our menu.
Our well-trained staff can advise you on matching wines to your menu or if you’re in the mood for a cold beer, our impressive selection of craft beers are sure to hit the spot.
